STRAPD currently ships within Ireland only.
Delivery Charges
Standard Ireland delivery is €7.99.
Free Ireland delivery is available on orders over €150.
The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Times
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays.
You will receive a dispatch or shipping notification when your order has been prepared for delivery where this functionality is available.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery normally takes approximately 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of busy periods, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption or other events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your statutory rights where an order is not delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Responsibility for Delivery
For consumer purchases, STRAPD remains responsible for the goods while they are being delivered by a carrier arranged by us.
Risk normally passes to you when you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
If you believe a parcel has been lost or damaged in transit, contact us at sales@strapd.ie and we will investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting an order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to STRAPD because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge the reasonable cost of re-delivery.
This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by STRAPD or the delivery provider rather than the information supplied by the customer.
