STRAPD started with one simple belief: sports tape shouldn’t look generic.

For years, sports tape has looked largely the same plain white, skin-coloured or unbranded, with very little identity. We wanted to create something different.

STRAPD is building a sports tape brand with a distinctive black design and recognisable visual identity, starting with EAB and Zinc Oxide tape for athletes, clubs and physios.

Our aim is simple: change the way sports tape looks.

STRAPD isn’t trying to reinvent what sports tape does. We’re changing how it looks and how it is presented.

From the black tape and repeated STRAPD branding to the packaging and wider identity of the brand, the goal is to make a traditionally generic product feel more considered, recognisable and more at home in modern sport.

We believe the products athletes, clubs and physios use every week can have just as much identity as the rest of their kit.
